BLOCK, $i$ , $l_{x}$ , $l_{y}$ , $l_{z}$

Creates a block of material. A combination with CYL4 and CYL2 commands is not allowed.

Parameter	Description
i	block number
$l_{x}$	block length in $x$ direction
$l_{y}$	block length in $y$ direction
$l_{z}$	block length in $z$ direction

Note: in the fluid-structure interaction mode (when FSI command is called), the block is shifted by value $z_{0}$ in direction of the z−axis. The value of $z_{0}$ is set according to the formula $z_{0} = \frac{A_{0}}{l_{y}}$ .
